Originally from Ojai, CA, he has an aptitude for music, art, and leadership that helped him rise to the top of his school and university music programs, and found his own companies.
Growing up in and around recording studios, he has had the opportunity to work alongside recording legends such as Nels Cline, Peter Case, Sheldon Gomberg, DJ Bonebrake, Syd Straw, and Dave Alvin. He continues to produce, record, and teach music out of his home studio
A lover of languages and culture, he speaks Spanish and French. He is also the creator of The Emoji Language, a grammar system that turns emoji into a structured written language that can be learned in minutes.
Ryan’s continuing belief in connecting the world through creativity and innovation guides his art, music, and inventions.
